Allows the user to add text which will be submitted with the checklist

Task as seen by the user

Add a Text task

• Click the Text icon in the task type selector.

• Add the text prompt for the task.

• Add instructions by selecting the Add instructions box and adding the text below.

• Not optional: if checked the user will not be able to submit the checklist if the task incomplete.

• Click use
