Rating tasks prompt the user for a score out of 5 stars

Task as seen by the user

Add a Rating task

• Click the Rating icon in the task type selector.

• Add the text prompt to describe what you want rated.

• Add instructions by selecting the Add instructions box and adding the text below.

• Not optional: if checked the user will not be able to submit the checklist if the task incomplete.

• Click use
