Prompt the user for a date or date and time

Task as seen by the user

Add a Date input

• Click the Date icon in the task type selector.

• Add the text prompt to describe the date you are requesting.

• Add instructions by selecting the Add instructions box and adding the text below.

• Include time: if selected then the user will be able to enter the time along with the date.

• Not optional: if checked the user will not be able to submit the checklist if the task incomplete.

• Click use
