Allows users to select one or more items from a selection of options

Add a Choice/Dropdown input

• Click the Choice/Dropdown icon in the task type selector.

• Add the text prompt to describe the option you are presenting.

• Add Selections by typing the option and clicking the add button.

Adding selections

• Remove a selection by clicking the 'x' next to it.

• Re-order the option using the up and down arrows.

• Add instructions by selecting the Add instructions box and adding the text below.

• Include "other" option allows the user to enter their own custom option.

• Allow multiple selections allows the user to make more than one selection.

• Not optional: if checked the user will not be able to submit the checklist if the task incomplete.

• Click use

• Select the task and then click the 'change to dropdown' or 'change to choice' button.
